I live overseas and researched many Drs who perform alarplasty and tiplasty. I did not want to be anesthetized. I found many great you tube videos and excellent reviews about dr Janjua in New Jersey. I contacted him, reviewed what I wanted. During our Skype conversation he put me at ease answering all my questions confidently. I flew into New Jersey, was picked up at the airport and escorted directly to the clinic. My procedure was quick, comfortable and after one night I flew back overseas with little discomfort. i was back at work 5 days later with no splint and virtually no visible scars!! It is amazing!
